Automotive Software Company Receives Eighth Award in 2017
WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa., October 24, 2017 – Autosoft, a leading dealer management system provider, was named the Culture Leader of the Year at the Pittsburgh Technology Council’s annual Tech 50 Awards dinner. The awards honor western Pennsylvania’s most successful, innovative, and thought-leading technology companies.
“It’s an honor to be presented with the Culture Leader of the Year award,” said Autosoft President and CEO, Bryce Veon. “We recognize that having the best and brightest people, in combination with a comfortable and collaborative culture, is the most important driver of company success. Together, these traits allow Autosoft to perform at peak efficiency, drive innovation, and, as a result, exceed customer expectations.”
At the heart of Autosoft’s success are modern internal programs that reflect and reinforce the company’s underlying values and beliefs. For example, Autosoft offers monthly employee-manager feedback sessions instead of annual reviews, giving both parties more insight, more often. Autosoft has also implemented Bonusly, a peer-to-peer recognition program, allowing employees to give their co-workers praise and points that earn rewards. Furthermore, Autosoft has adopted Officevibe, an employee engagement software that measures the pulse of the employees and provides the leadership team with continuous anonymous feedback to help improve the company.
This year, Autosoft has already received seven other awards, including three Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service Excellence, the 37th Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania award, a Cigna Well-Being award, a Great Place to Work certification, and the Highest Rated DMS award from the DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Awards.
